The contributors to Moral Courage in the Practice of Medicine:

Fr John Horgan is a graduate of Harvard University who has an interest in Health Care Ethics, Moral Theology and Hagiology. He is pastor of Saints Peter and Paul parish, Vancouver, and chaplain to the Vancouver Catholic Physicians’ Guild.

Archbishop J. Michael Miller is Archbishop of Vancouver, a former Secretary of the Congregation for Catholic Education of the Roman Curia and a world authority on Catholic Education.

  • Dr. Francois Primeau is Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Laval University and Chief of Geriatric Psychiatry at the Hotel-Dieu de Levis Hospital. He has published widely on Medical Ethics and Psychiatry.
  • Dr. William V. Williams is Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a physician-scientist whose research interests are in the field of rheumatology and immunology.
  • Fr Robert Spitzer is a former President of Gonzaga University and current President of the Magis Centre of Reason and Faith. His interests include Philosophy of Science and Metaphysics.
